Question 1. What provides the opportunity to maintain health and fitness to city dwellers?

The trails in the hills that are maintained by city administration provides an incredible opportunity to maintain health and fitness to city dwellers.

Question 2. What is meant by “our purpose-built physique”?

And: “Our purpose-built physique” means that man has a strong body as well as the intellect to live life pusposefully. Our purpose in this world is to worship Allah and to praise Allah’s creation.

Question 3. What were the thoughts of the father towards the beauty of the environment they were in?

The father was mesmerized by the beauty of the hills and he narrated, "Indeed, it is only Allah who has created this world and many others". He appreciated the serene plantation, clear water stream, chirping of birds, cool breeze and sun rising that was lighting the sky.

 What does the three R means? The three R means Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. The three R's are vital for waste management and reducing pollution from our environment. By practicing these three R, we can save our planet and keep our environment clean and safe. Why should we recycle?
