Ans#1: A wildlife photographer needs to learn about animals because he has to visit dangerous spots and sometimes animals may attack them.

Ans#2:  Camouflage means to hide oneself in the environment. Wildlife photographers need to camouflage themselves so that animals cannot spot them and they protect themselves from any incident.
